The habitation body on any vehicle will ultimately make the vehicle a success or not. Aside from the nice shiny bits this has to allow us to survive in some the harshest conditions from the snow to the deserts, so getting this right from the start was key. The panels are a sandwich of Fibreglass, plywood, 40mm XPS insulation, plywood & 3mm fibreglass making it super strong. Combined with extruded aluminium corner profiles.

We had a full suit of side storage lockers. Made from aluminium with fiberglass doors. This gives us maximum storage options for heavier items as they low down.

Motorcraft resprayed the chassis, the cab, the habitation box, the lockers, well everything actually. The cab was sprayed in gloss, whilst everything else was sprayed in coloured Raptor paint for durability

The rear lift is rated to lift 350kgs, which once we allow for the lockers and spare wheel should give us approximately 200kgs to play with. It winches down to allow easy access at ground level.

Aluminium roof rack with composite decking. We have a storage box to fit on this for light items. This will also double up as a seating/sunbathing/observation area. You can also see the Webasto AC unit

This holds 207ltrs of waste water (grey water). Has an access hatch in the top for cleaning & maintenance. Wema level sensor which will connect to the Victron system. Large bore outlet and valve.

This will house two AGM batteries for the vehicle plus some electrical distribution bits. Aluminium construction with fibreglass door.

These bars are great at keeping bushes etc from running down the roof, potentially ripping off your solar panels. Aluminium construction. You can also see the zones lights mounted.

There are five zone lights mounted on the brush rails, 2 per side and one over the rear. These are 12 & 24v. They also have a very handy high and low power function.
