The crew cab gave us the best around options for 4/5 people on board and everybody has there own window!

With it being an Ex fire engine, luxuries & comfort were not top of the list! We are going to strip out the cab, sound proof & insulated where possible. New carpet al round with colour for the door cards. New Grammar seats to be fitted

One of the bonuses of it being a wildfire fire engine is it came with a full roll cage! again sound proofing, new carpet and seat will be fitted here. The Grammar seats are air fed so Liam & Sophia will have a semi comfy ride, not trashing there backs! This space will be our Office, Studio, Classroom, Snug & possibly a spare bedroom.

Our truck runs on Continental HCS 1400R20 tyres fitted to split rims. We carry 1 x complete spare & plan to carry a second spare tyre for longer trips

We have high/low ratio, mid, rear & front diff locks - don't have a clue how to work them.... Yet

It came with a nice powerful WARN series 12 hydraulic winch with steel cable, controlled from inside the cab. It runs from the PTO hydraulic pump.

It had single rear wheels which was great as it meant no costly conversion - I don't really know what the conversion is but I think its all to do with the studs

When we committed to buying the truck we didn't know that it was in fact the 18T variant which was an absolute bonus! We should have no shortage of payload for all the fun stuff! 220BHP should also be enough to get us out of a fix, the only possible downside is, that it only has a 6 Speed manual gearbox

This is how the fist 20 years of the trucks life was, now it will get to see a bit more of the world!
